We are proud of our cottages and the standard of cleanliness they present to our guests.  This i because as owners we take care and oversee all the cleaning and maintenance our selves.   

we appreciate feedback of any kind for the betterment of our service to future guests and ourselves.  As you can imagine, looking after property is time consuming, especially character heavy cottages and costly and we appreciate not every thing can always be upto our personal hight standard on occasions, but this does not mean we will not put it right immeditaly it is brought to our attention.   This also applies to recommending improvements if it is possible to do it while the guests are staying.   We ask that under these circumstance, you have patience with us.  

Help us maintain these standards for future guests by being considerate with power consumption, switcJing off heaters before you go out, and sorting rubbish for recycling etc.
